This theme is developed by us and unique on market, plastic part on play structures defined the function and appearance in all playground equipment. We use rotational moulding technology for plastic elements, the plastic power are import from Hyundai in Korea. This is food grade LLDPE, no toxic, never fade and duration. Anti UV and no deformation on too hot or cool weather. To make sure the high quality on play elements, we guarantee the thickness of all plastic parts in 6mm. So even 10 years later, your kids still can play on it safety.
California Series
California Series
Nature series playground equipment for kids under 12 years to play, we put large open or enclosed spiral slide in it, we put double slide and single slide in it, slide height from 80cm to 260cm. Kids on different age group can find their own play events, kids can climbing from the rock climbing board, plastic stair, twist iron pipe to second floor, kids can go different platform by plastic tunnel and stairs. Also have plastic bridge cover with disconnect type of plastic roof for kids reach different level. We make the tube plastic in transparent material, so kids can see from inside to outside, curiosity will drive kids to play over and over again.
Nature Series
When we develop a new theme of outdoor playground equipment like rocket series, we need to make sure kids have interesting on such theme. Rocket is good option, kids are curiosity to science. We are not only develop the roof to a rocket top, we also make the fence, handle rail in same theme, and put some watch tower in inside the tube as a bridge to contact both platform. Beside the roof we make space ship, plastic board like cloud, flying sauce etc. So the whole set are exotic style for kids. To develop a new theme, we do lot research before make mold on computer, after have the final ideal of theme, our develop department will make the 3D draws on computer, and start to make iron mold. We have to test the mold many times to make sure have best appearance and easy on installation.
Rocket Series
A good outdoor play structures should meet kids curiosity, should develop their imagination and spirit of active. Space city are such of outdoor playground development by us. Kids always full of energy, especially a group of similar age together, parents and teacher need help them to do do exercise, it is benefit on mentally and physically, kids which not do much excise will not do good on school have more chance to suffer on obesity. Playground help kids to cooperate with each other, help to build bond of team work and friendship. Can not image how boring will be if have nothing to play after school, playground just like football, basketball, pingpong to kids, especially the small.
Space City
Fantasy land mean the outdoor playground should be exotic style and exaggerate on design. So we combination different roof, panel, slide in this series. We mixed different color together to create a polychrome play world for kids. Our playgrounds only use diameter 114mm galvanized pipe as main post, the wall thickness is 2.2mm, after treatment by decreasing, phosphate, throwing sand painting, this main post will be get rust, Anti-UV, colorful with smooth surface, you can use the whole structure 10 years safety. Fantasyland Series
The first ideal people can image is animal theme if need to development outdoor playground equipment by theme. For kids the whole world is new, kids love to know better about animals. They may have their own pats like dog and cats, so playgrounds on animal series are common for all factory. We have many play elements on animal shape, these parts are cute and vivid. We have dog head and fish as a roof, to make the top looking better, on some post we put plastic sunflower, left, coconut tree etc. We make fish panel, monkey panel over the slide. Over the stair have big monkey across both post. Have owl, frog, ladybug as panel, this panel have glass, or rotation plastic elements for kids to play.
Animal Series
There is no double pirate ship in one of most cool theme, no
mater where over the world outdoor playground in pirate ship
is familiar. Some made by wood, some made by fiber galss,
our playground made by iron and plastic. Even the sail which
look like cloth also made by plastic. This theme have have big
platform, usually 6 pieces platform join together, many kids can
stay on it same time then pick which slide or other game to play,
have spiral slide, tube slide, single lane and double lane slide.
This platform are on international stand, thickness 2.2mm cold-
rolled punching forming steel. The hole on it is 6mm up to
EN1176, finger and toe can not put inside prevent any possible
injury. Other treatment same as post, the advance of surface
is rubber coated, so soft of surface protect kids if fall on it.
Pirate Ship
Tropical mean this outdoor play structures are in
Jungle theme. The roof of this theme like a tree,
the big roof are too big to make it in one piece,
so this roof are joined by 6 pieces, this roof cross
three platform. To make sure easy on installation,
holes on the post already drilled with inner screw
thread, it is much easier on assemble and strong
after installation. Post with plastic roof are joined
by and 90 degree paster made by iron, only need
to put the screw on. In fact, this advanced fixed
method are using on whole play structures.
Slides have two ditch on backside, screw through
the plastic parts to the iron hole then fix the nut
on back side. So kids can not touch any screw,
also no damage on surface.
