Our family entertainment center option will offer a 2-4 level indoor playground, separated baby and toddler areas, redemption games as well as other options for entertainment such as mini bowling, trampoline park, climbing walls, bumper cars, laser tag, etc. as well as a select café type menu that will include choices like pizza, burgers, nacho’s and healthy options. This option will require the highest investment and most tenant improvements.
